UFVRA works in Australia, the Pacific and around the world to protect Refugees, homeless, children from abuse and neglect, provide access to healthcare and education and to assist them in times of emergency.
Where we work internationally
As a global organisation, in 2017 UFVRA directly reached more than 84 Thousand refugees, children in 4 countries. Our international work spans countries in Africa, Pacific Islands, South East Asia, South Central Asia and the Middle East.
Where we work in Australia
Despite Australia's wealth and high standard of living, many refugees, homeless, children struggle to reach their potential because they don't have access to education, healthcare and protection services. From early learning programs which help newly arrived migrant and refugee settle into Australia, to initiatives that help families and young children transition out of youth detention, UFVRA works to ensure the rights of all family members are upheld.
