To work with its volunteers in promoting the development of humane protection towards refugees and people seeking asylum. The organisation works to provide a full range of refugees services including empowering communities, immediate response, improve community scarcity, maintaining cultural identity, promoting youth connection and employment support, save the orphans, homeless and the displace or war victims.

Celebrating cultural diversity, our volunteers support individual, communities on cultural activities, with cultural respect for everyone who calls Australia home and coincides with the UN's International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. We are multicultural workplace organisation and open to all communities and communicate our Social Services to all communities

We Work with youths, build a network of welcoming and inclusive communities to help in identifying the early signs that an individual is vulnerable and may be in need of support, by engage with our local community volunteers supports activities that lead for a successfully life in Queensland, including helping, involving them in our community projects, supporting them getting training, jobs, and link them with all service provider based on individual need.

Work with volunteers linked with employers, Resumes helpers, Job searches and job providers to match individual career with jobs and equip them with the skills they need to thrive in their innovative career.
During the period 2018-2022, UFVRA will work with its Volunteers, refugee communities and other relevant groups towards:
Promoting, fostering and achieving better opportunities and improved services and support for refugees settling in Australia
Promoting, fostering and achieving fairer assistrance for people seeking asylum in Australia
Promoting, fostering and achieving more effective systems of international protection for refugees and people seeking asylum
Promoting, fostering and achieving increased general support for refugees in Australia
Supporting the advocacy and protection role of Australia’s refugee communities
Enhancing the capacity of the organisation (ufvra) to achieve its organisational goals.
