United Federation of Volunteers for Refugees Action is united by passionate belief in inclusion and equality.
Who we are
We are an innovative disability services provider.

We strive to help you thrive. The crew at UFVRA is fiercely passionate about providing innovative disability support services for people aged 7 – 65 years, their carers and families.

We are a fun-loving team of experienced professionals whom are driven to provide life-changing care for our community. We are united by our mission to achieve an inclusive society for all. We believe that every person on this planet is equal.

We believe that each unique person has a priceless contribution to offer our team, our community and our world. We don’t believe in ‘disabilities’ so much as people with ‘different abilities’ and it is a privilege to be learning powerful lessons from our organization NDIS service every day

Who we are
Excellence
We have developed a reputation as an innovative disability services provider.
We take pride in our service delivery and the outcomes we achieve which consistently exceed expectations. As a team, we operate with comprehensive personal responsibility and the utmost integrity as the backbone of all that we do.

Transparency
What you see is what you get.
You can count on us for ultimate transparency and honesty. Relax knowing that the necessary information will be forthcoming, and you will not be guided to anything other than what is best for you on your journey.
Dignity
There are numerous reasons why we’re known as being innovative and being person-centred.

But ultimately, what really matters is how each individual feels at the end of the day. Deeply caring and infinitely compassionate, our team see the world differently. Real people who have an innate belief that dignity and respect is everyone’s birthright—no matter what.
Not only do we treat our clients with the utmost of respect, through our actions and our words, we encourage everyone we meet to do the same.

Collaboration
We are committed to every single person in our UFVRA community thriving.
We believe that we are strongest when everyone is reaching their fullest potential and supporting each other on this journey.
Assisting people with different abilities is not just about maintenance, care and support. We know the vast array of new possibilities available and are striving to expand our culture beyond UFVRA and out into the world for a brighter future for all.
